RTP and Stats Files

- Why are we keeping 16 TB of /asl/rrp/airs_l1c_v6?
- Put airs_l2cc_v6 under airs!
- Generate 2021 clear stats for v_672 and v_674 so we can be sure what to delete, then all files go into one subdir
- What is /asl/rtp/airs/tuning? For Chris?
- Clean up directory listings: top level is clear, random, dcc, and "Old" which has clear, dcc, etc. if really needed
