The srad<vchunk>.mat files in this directory were copied from
   /home/motteler/kcmix2/solarV2
on asl.  I have no more info on the origin of these files, but
a likely guess would guess be the ATMOS spectra we got from
Mike Gunson circa 2000 for use with the AIRS fast model.
