kCARTA v1.10 and higher

testprof0.op.rtp is an AIRS 100 layer profile, that was obtained from the 
US_Standard profile in KCARTA/SCRIPTS/BASIC :
  cd KCARTA/SCRIPTS
  makeprof.sc BASIC/USStandardProf_NEW testprof0.op.rtp
  mv testprof0.op.rtp ../../KCARTADATA/TemplateNML/testprof0.op.rtp
