There are 48 "myp#.op" profile text files.  Each file contains
data for 44 atmospheric gases.  The gases include all the gases
found in HITRAN with significant absoption between 600-3000 cm-1,
as well as about a dozen non-HITRAN gases for which there is
cross-section absorption data to augment HITRAN.  The profiles
are slab-layer; integrated column density and layer-average
temperature.  (See "pres_lev.txt" for the 101 pressure level
boundaries that define the 100 AIRS layers.)

Any line beginning with a "!" in the first column is a comment line.
The first non-comment line is a total number of gases times the
number of layers.  44 gases * 100 layers = 4400.  The other 4400
non-comment lines contain the following eight columns of data:
